![]() ![]() Carefully cut the excess binding off when you reach the end. Then align the binding strip with the top edge of the quilt and then pin along the long edge of the quilt. If you don’t have long strips, sew the short strips together to cover the length of the quilt. The strips need to be a bit longer than your quilt to overlap on both sides. These will form a smooth border around the edges of your quilt. Start cutting the fabrics in square, rectangle and triangle shapes. Then find a quilt pattern that will suit your interest.
